Research found out that cold water dips heighten the amount of white blood cells active in the body for up to 6 days after the ice bath.

The breathwork also makes IL10 spike (an anti-inflammatory cytokine) levels spike which contribute to having lower levels of inflammation.

The cold is a very direct way to train your cardiovascular system. We already see that people who start with cold showers have the effect of a lower rest heartbeat after 2 or 3 weeks.

What Sets Pieter Coenaerts’ Approach Apart?

First of all Pieter has an extensive knowledge about the Wim Hof Method. He is one of the first instructors from Belgium and has been working with the method for more than 10years!

What is really unique in this weekend is that there is a maximum of 8 participants. This makes that there is quite some time for more personalized coaching. Pieter wants you to get the best and most out of this experience. So more time for each individual in the group.

What is included??

Training with the cold in a beautiful area. The area has lots of beaver dams, some amazing views and forests, and is close to the highest point in Belgium

Deep guided breathwork sessions that will blow your mind! Pieter is an experienced breathwork facilitator and can take you to some very deep states. Surrounded with 4 speakers, great music, partly live these sessions will make you feel like you are flying! (that’s what past participants said ;) )

Amazing food, drinks and snacks prepared by our wonderful chef. And all this according to your dietary requirements.

Staying in a cozy wooden hut in the Belgian ardennes. Maximum 2 people per room. (not mixed).

Sweat lodge ceremony or sauna depdepending on the weekend

All the sessions guided by Pieter Coenaerts, with extensive experience of the method gathered over 10 years and all kinds of tips and tricks to safely push your limits even further.
