THE WIM HOF METHOD: Explore your inner fire through cold exposure
The Wim Hof Method is a method that combines specific breathing techniques, cold exposure and mind-set techniques, coupled with physical excercies. It has been developed over the sum of thirty years by Wim Hof, who has taught and developed these in harshe nature enviroments. It's a great and natural method to improve health and well-being.
What does it do
To empower people, to raise conciousness and to give people tools that show them that they can do more than they think they could to become strong, happy and healthy. The cold even gives you an extra push in it.
In the workshops of the cold series we teach these techniques to get you in a deeper level and contact with your body and mind. You will discover its possibilities to get more out of it through meditation, special breathing techniques and the wonders of extreme cold!
To take it a step further, in some of the workshops you follow from us, you will also learn about real tummo techniques practiced by the tibetan monks who have a more specific and deeper meditation technique that can take you further in connecting you with your inner fire. These techniques are not part of the Wim Hof Method but we are glad to offer you this opportunity!
