Wim Hof method

You may have heard of it or even tried it yourself: the Wim Hof method to improve your immune system, make your mind more focussed, improve your breathing and blood circulation and make the body as a whole more resistant.

 

About Me

I'm Pieter, and I've been teaching people this method for over six years - with great success - through tailor-made workshops! I was one of the first Belgians to teach the Wim Hof method to people all over the country through practical workshops, training, and travels. I have gained a lot of experience over the years and know exactly what works to teach you the method in a highly efficient manner.

The instructions during the training sessions I teach will also help you practice the techniques on your own easier. I will be available for advice and to answer your questions after you have completed the workshops.

The method is great for so many things. Nevertheless there are a few contra indications. I advise against training with this method when you have serious cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, are pregnant…

In doubt it is advisable to ask your doctor if there are any risks associated with this method for you personally.

I deliberately work with small to average group sizes to keep the quality and effectiveness of the sessions high and to be able to give personal feedback quickly.
